Moderate to Severe SM

Cavalier A - 3 yrs.
Symptoms of SM started at 3 years of age
Severe malformation, squashing/pinching of cerebellum
Medulla quite kinked/squashed
Several syrinxes, some quite large, beginning after C2 vertebrae
Hydrocephalus

Cavalier B - 1.5 yrs.
Symptoms:  Scoliosis, head tilt, scratching, right front paw/leg very weak
Mild malformation, some squashing/pinching of cerebellum
Herniation of cerebellum
Medulla kinked/squashed
Syrinx beginning near brain (before C2) and continuing all the way back

Cavalier C - 7 yrs.
Mild weakness in one leg that could be due to SM
Moderate malformation/squashing of cerebellum
Slight herniation of cerebellum
Medulla kinked/squashed
Syrinx beginning near brain (before C2) and continuing all the way back

Dog D
Some mild symptoms including scratching
Moderate malformation/squashing of cerebellum
Herniation of cerebellum
Medulla kinked/squashed
Large syrinx starting just before C2
Mild hydrocephalus

Dog E - 2 years old
Had SM symptoms and has since had surgery
Moderate malformation/squashing of cerebellum
Herniation of cerebellum
Medulla kinked/squashed
Large syrinx starting just beyond C1

Dog F
Moderate malformation/squashing of cerebellum
Herniation of cerebellum
Medulla kinked/squashed
Syrinxes the entire length of the spinal cord, some very large
